To create a festival setup that was unlike anything we have ever seen in Canada. A mobile, outdoor festival and event setup that had the ability to reach and deploy in any major market in Canada. It had to stand out from other activations and exceed our client’s expectations.
We knew we wanted something completely different. Something unlike any other existing festival setup in Canada. It had to be mobile and it had to be something we could modify to fit our activations requirements; more importantly, it had to meet the budgets criteria. The only solution was to find something outside of Canada that was used but could be re-purposed for our needs in the Canadian market. We found a slightly used, custom-built, multi-purpose 18 wheeler festival asset from the U.S., imported it into Canada and modified the asset to fit our needs.
The activation was present at a majority of the major festivals in Canada. It was lightyears ahead of our client's previous festival setups and was well received at all the festivals. This setup will continue to grow and evolve and has become a key asset in our client's ongoing festival and event platform.
